Metal hoses

Verb-BV's metal hoses are a pinnacle of quality and reliability in their specialized market segment.

These hoses are integral to a multitude of cutting-edge technologies. They serve diverse industries such as chemical engineering, aeronautics, energy, shipbuilding, and medical technology, transporting various media under the most demanding conditions.

The goal isn't just to withstand high pressures. Their true value lies in their resistance to aggressive substances and their ability to operate across a vast temperature range.
Verb-BV's metal hoses, a flagship product of fluid technology, perform consistently from -200 °C to +550 °C. They remain unaffected by extreme heat, acids, or alkalis, ensuring reliability for many specialized applications.

Corrugated hoses

Our commitment to customer focus and understanding sets us apart. We believe that a customer-centric approach to quality is fundamental, starting from the selection of the right hose.

Our metal hoses are crafted through mechanical forming, ensuring they are thoroughly manufactured and tested before delivery.

We prioritize high-quality materials throughout production and distribution, ensuring our products meet all necessary standards to prevent issues during usage.

Our adherence to European standards (DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, TÜV Rheinland Group, and EN14800:2007) is stringent, with our flexible stainless steel metal hoses undergoing rigorous testing in the IMQ laboratory.

Our hoses offer flexibility in installation, allowing for bending without compromising connection integrity. They are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing due to their stainless steel construction, providing complete insulation at connection points.

Applications include sprinkler and boiler connections, quick-connect techniques, stove and oven links, and hoses coated according to Italian and gas standards (EN14800:2007). They are also used for counters, burners, dilatation, regulators, and various industrial machines, serving industries such as:

 1. Solar, heating and cooling, natural gas, automotive, chemical, measurement and control systems, shipbuilding, energy conversion, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, and more.

 2. The chemical industry, which demands high chemical resistance, often opts for molybdenum-alloyed stainless steels like 1.4404 (AISI316L) for their low carbon content.

 3. The compressive strength of a corrugated hose is significantly influenced by its wall thickness; however, this is not the sole factor in assessing its quality. The wall's design must be meticulously matched to the shaft geometry. Together, these two factors critically determine the hose's bending and fatigue strength, with the degree of deformation playing a crucial role as well.
